The entrepreneur is just as committed to environmental and climate protection, for example through a close partnership with the WWF Climate Group. In addition, Karl Ochsner makes his little free time available for association activities and various supervisory board positions. He is active in the heat pump associations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Europe and China, in the Senate of Economy for Europe and Germany and in the Federation of Industry

Due to his ten-year US corporate career at Xerox Germany up to being a member of the executive board, Karl Ochsner is strongly influenced by the style of American corporate management – high performance leadership, operation and excellence and diversity. A corporate culture that is open to discussion, openness, diversity and the targeted promotion of women through to senior management characterize his management style. Diversity and cultural openness are an integral part of the corporate DNA. OCHSNER employs people from 15 nations
